Vending at the Festival of the Bluegrass
The Festival of the Bluegrass will be held at the Kentucky Horse Park Campground June 7-10, 2018. This is an entirely outdoor event and vendors are responsible for their own tents and protection from weather. You are required to bring your own extension cords to reach electrical panels. Electricity will be limited to 110 volts and 20 amps.
The vendor fee is $75 for one booth space (10X10 or 12X12). A double booth is $150. This fee includes vendor armbands for two workers. If additional workers are needed. Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis and for all children under the age of 18.
Vendor setup will begin Tuesday, June 5. All vendors are required to be in place by 3pm on Thursday and open for business by 6PM. The music begins at 7PM. Vehicles are allowed in the concert area before 3pm on Thursday and until noon on Friday and Saturday.
Vendors may primitive camp behind their booths and parking is available in the day parking lot.
Vendors must be open for the duration of the Festival, with the exception of Sunday morning.

o Saturday, June 9: 1:00PM – 12:00AM
Vendors must vacate the Kentucky Horse Park Campground by noon on Sunday, June 10, 2018.

Food vendors must be official vendors of the Kentucky Horse Park and can work directly with them to become vendors at our event.
